        Highly recommend Moonstar mechanical. Had a issue with my hot water heater. The response to my on- line inquiry resulted in an immediate call back and a schedule for an in-home free estimate the next morning. Company was very responsive and understanding to situation. Responsive to text messages and willing to work with me and extended warranty company. Very professional at every turn. Bobby came to replace my water heater. He was professional and knowledgeable. Very polite and easy going. He answered all questions and explain the replacement process. Will definitely recommend and use MOONSTAR MECHANICAL if needed in the future. Will also recommend this company to my in home warranty company- Cinch since they could not find a provider on Staten Island! Good job Moonstar Mechanical and thanks for restoring my hot water!

        after having my furnace and hotwater tank tuned up for the season, the tech suggested it was time to replace hot water heater. We found Moonstone on Angi's list. It was not an emergency, but they returned my call within minutes and scheduled installation the same day, at 5pm. Professional, neat, courteous technician did the installation in a little over an hour. Nothing was left, area was perfectly clean, a pleasure. And very reasonably priced with their work guaranteed. All such a positive experience!
