Breezin HVAC - Best HVAC Contractor in New York

They misdiagnosed my AC and kept pushing to get a new unit. Made me buy a $500 part and still couldn’t get it running. I called another company to get a second opinion and all it was was a loose wire by the thermostat. When I called their office to ask for the old part back Teresa from their office got offended and really nasty. I’m still waiting for someone to call me back and bring back the old part which I know now wasn’t the issue. STAY AWAY...... POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR POOR SERVICE. Service: AC repair

Breezin responded to our call for AC Unit repair in the middle of a heat wave in less than 24 hours. The crew diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue quickly and the price was great. I plan on signing up for a service contract with them ASAP.

Installation of HVAC unit in 2019. Installation of hot water tank 2021. The service was impeccable. The staff are friendly and helpful. From the initial discussion of purchase options to the installation of the equipment, then follow-up by technician, it was top notch. I would definitely call Breezin for any HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone who needs service. I know you will not be disappointed.

After a long dispute with my GC, they sent Breezin out to service my HVAC last June. The GC blamed the age of the unit, but Glenn from Breezin did thorough testing and traced the failure to two touching wires that were overlooked at re-installation (by the GC). To make sure the system was sound and safe, he replaced the required parts AND ran fresh electrical wiring between the outside and inside unit. I could tell he really cared about his work and wasn’t taking shortcuts. I highly recommend Breezin.
