For the last 3+ years I had Rucci Oil supply my oil burning furnace with oil and yearly start up/cleaning. Made the replacement of a circulating pump, fully covered under my service plan, a quick and easy process. They always responded as soon as possible to any emergencies and quickly resolved those issues. Lauren Assini has been wonderful and always managed my account and requests with professionalism and attentiveness. She definitely was a big reason for me sticking with Rucci after leaving a previous supplier that I could not even get on the phone when I needed anything. She always responds quickly to emails and phone calls. Thanks!
