JC-Air Heating & Cooling

John and his crew recently installed new air conditioning units in the 1st and 2nd floors of my home. Quick, clean, effecient, and just an overall great job. I highly recommend him!

This review is long overdue, you won’t find a harder working or smarter Heating and Cooling Repair Master HVAC repair technician than JC . I had an emergency a few years ago and called this company after looking for HVAC repair on google. I called and John showed up within 20 min . I asked him to take off his shoes ( lol I’m one of those) and he did. He knows exactly what he’s doing, he pointed out other things he found to be problematic, but didn’t insist on repairing them just to make extra money. Explained what he was going to do before he did it and I never had a repeated issue. Each time I called for service it was for something different . He replaced my thermostat, showed me how to use it while setting it up for me. Today he replaced a pump and added Freon. His prices meet or beat any Heating and Cooling repair company on Staten Island. Service is outstanding, he shows up neat and clean. John is respectful, professional and thorough. Rip off company! They Quoted me 800$ to fix my air conditioner told me that I need to change a lot of parts! I called another company and they fixed the problem in 5 min and charged me 65$ . Be aware of this company

Excellent service, all the workers are Veterans, professional, courteous and fast. Came to the house at 9 am and they changed my whole system by lunch time!!!

I was looking for an air conditioning company and read some good reviews about this company. I decided to call and they were polite and showed up when he said that they would. John and his crew replaced my whole system and for 1700-2500 dollars cheaper than the other 3 companies that looked at the job. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on which equipment best suited my house. The installation was flawless and most important him and his crew were not messy while removing and installing the new equipment. I highly recommend JC-Air.
