This place on Staten Island serves weak tasting drinks if you dont round your balance to the nearest dollar. I did not get it at first when he as me do I want to round the change to the nearest dollar then he asked a second time. I said no thank you. He disappeared and 2 minutes came with our drinks. I ordered a hot latte barely any coffee flavor and they purposely didnt put enough brown sugar in the other drink. Thats when I realized it wasnt for a fundraiser it was his was at hinting for a tip!!! I was never asked this at any other Starbucks. They always have a cup or box saying tips. I wont be going their anymore.

Closed cafe before 7 pm because of " staffing issues" again. This is happening more and more at this location.

Closes in the middle of the day on a weekday for absolutely no reason.
