I ordered a medium coffee and the rudest employee just gives me one cream. It tasted horrible. If you want Dunkin go to the one in the Staten Island Mall. Its wayyyyyy better service than this one

TO MANAGEMENT:
NEW HIRES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, COSTUMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATIONS IS HORRIBLE.
YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE THEIR AIRPODS ON & FACETIMING.
I RATHER GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT HERE, IF IT WERENT FOR MY IT BEING AS CLOSE TO MY JOB:

Every time I go there for my mobile order theyre frazzled and dont know what theyre doing. I ordered a bagel and the guy just had it on the counter for 5 minutes not doing anything while I was standing there waiting after placing the order in 10 minutes prior
