I went to starbucks during rush hour, but I placed my mobile order and didnt get it until 40 minutes later. You would think I would get my drink and cakepop before the people that walked in after me who DID NOT even use the app. I was the first one waiting by the mobile order area and not even joking, I was the last one to leave. I also had to ask for the croissant I ordered when it hasnt yet been made after all of those people came after me. On top of that, they got my drink wrong.

Terrible terrible service. Most of the time they even get it wrong. Workers standing there doing nothing and not even a worker working cashier.
