M-F this place is GREAT, friendly, sense of URGENCY remember your name everything, Roxie is great!
Saturdays are another story though, they have 1 person (dude with a messy man bun) that is more focused on chatting with his coworkers than he is making drinks, stood there for 10 minutes past when my mobile order was due and had to leave without it.

This is probably my favorite local Starbucks location.
I go several times a week. Everyone on staff is always so polite and that's great since I go early morning it really sets the mood for the day. Roxi is a sweetheart and always in a wonderfully positive contagious mood. Of course they make mistakes from time to time, but they will happily correct them which is everything.
A+ attitude and customer service!
