The bathroom here is always out of toilet paper and hand soap and is sometimes just plain nasty. Makes it an awful location to spend any time in doing work (which is the only reason I go to Starbucks).

Most of the time ADDICTS use the restrooms here to do drvgs. They lock themselves in the only bathroom sometimes for 30+ minutes. It makes it hard to wanna stay here and study and do work because the bathroom is almost never available. There was an abundance of feces smeared on the hand dryer last I was here
Walked in and waited at the register for 10 minutes. I don't mind waiting for the baristas to finish making drinks, but I wasn't even acknowledged by any of the baristas there. Not a "hi" or a "be right with you", nothing :( I just left because I'm pretty sure they were never planning on serving me. I'd even be happier if they told me straight up that they were too busy to serve me. I would have gone somewhere else. But they just kept passing right by me, ignoring that I was there
