They told me I had to have a credit card or else I could not rent a car from them, I don't know how these type of car rental companies with this requirement are still in business with the amount of people who have bad credit and can't get a CC and the people who got decent credit are buying their own cars, I decided to sign up with Zip car instead which have cars available for rent at this very same location with no credit card nonesense required and available 24 hours.

Likewise horrible I will never go back there and I will let everyone know today is 2/22/23 is 3:00 she didn't want to give me her name her attitude was super bad. They need people that know customer service is 1000 of place people can go and rent.

The worse experience in my life. Extremely rude girls. "I don't know what to tell you" is their answers to everything. They cursed in front of customers, lazy and mean. Just terrible.

So understaffed they have the staff literally washing cars here while the office is full. Pathetic
