This is a great place to live. It is located in the center of many famous places such as Gantry Park, LIC Ferry Station, East River, Manhattan View, and luxury restaurants.
I think it's the best place in New York.

I am a currently resident and have had a positive experience here.  My wife and I have been here for about 2 years with no issues at all.  Amazing amazing doormen!!!!  Absolutely the best!  The porters and maintenance staff is also very very good.  Every time I put in a service ticket, it's handled within the hour!  We've had the occasional clogged or slow draining tub but it was taken care of fast.  All of the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond in my opinion.  I would highly recommend TFC especially 4615 Center!

As a current tenant, I've been incredibly happy with this apartment. The views and location are wonderful. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and prompt. You can make maintenance requests via an app and specify whether they can enter your apartment without you. Each time we've submitted a request, they've arrived in under an hour. The doormen and women are kind and reliable. I will agree that the walls are thin, but it's actually quieter than any other apartment I've lived in in NYC by a long shot. For the price, I really wish there were more amenities, but I still find the price worth it for the apartment.
