I have been here for ~1 month so far and I will update this review as I live here longer. Pros: - Amenities are good. So far, I have used the gym and movie theater and both have been good. - Door men and janitors are friendly. - Good location. Close to food, groceries, and trains. Neutral: - $70/month "utilities" fee. It's in the lease, so I was not surprised but I don't think other luxury apartments have this. - Electricity seems expensive. It's the summer so it might be higher than normal, but our bill is ~$400/month. I'm assuming it's a combination of poor insulation and electric water tanks. Cons: - My A/C broke while NYC was in a heat wave and it was 90+ degrees out. Took Halo about 3 weeks to fix it after a lot of emails.

I now have been living in this luxury building for 5 years and havent been able to get management to paint my apartment
