        Terrible customer service at this location. They lie to you about store products. They also dont want to help you and tells you to call 611 instead. Lazy people works there. They also dont give out the T-Mobile Tuesday free stuff when theyre suppose to. Customer service changed for the worst, the place was much better many years ago when Jose was there.

        Worse service ever the lady who took care of me was back door with his boyfriend and when she came out she was like half sleep and she does not even know what is a esim activation. She just know how to sell me a phone that I dont even need

        The girl who works at the store is veryy grumpy and unhelpful, you should hire people with a friendly attitude, especially if they will have to interact with customers.
