Dionicio was the greatest customer representative I've ever experienced with tmobile. He took his time to explain my bill and discovered the best way to make my phone service exceptional. He explain the new phones , tablets and watches and
the new advanced features they have.

Worst customer service , he was rude , dismissive, had a full attitude, very disrespectful & had a hell of attitude. Store was loud , like its was at the club . Scream across the room to a co worker is not professional at all .Never will I ever go back

The manager TATIANA is EXCEPTIONAL i had to get my SIM card activated on a off-network phone and she was able to troubleshoot and register the IMEI very fast and despite TONS of customers flooding her with questions right before store closing. Give her a raise
