        Came here to upgrade my phone and everyone was really nice and helpful. I went in with the mindset that they would try to oversell me on things but other than suggesting their promos they mostly left me alone. I think the girl who helped me was named Danielle (?) and she was sweet and was able to successfully transfer all my info from my old phone to the new. The store was clean & she even offered to get me a chair since the phone transfer was taking long. Will definitely come back for any phone needs.

        Bad customer service. How the staff going to throw a lil kid fit when a potentional customer is asking a question on a iphone case If your system is down just say that.
