      image Came into the store to pay the bill only two people working and another woman just standing by the door on her phone. It should not take more than 40 min to pay the bill,I was helping someone that could not get out to pay there bill man listen. Never again. T-mobile needs to get a manchine that takes payments so u don't hv to wait almost an hour to pay yr bill.

      image This particular T-mobile location provided efficient customer service. I was greeted by a representative very quickly and got great help. I even had to go back to correct a small error and again was taken care of quickly and professionally with courtesy.
