Both my husband and I have had wonderful experiences with Justin and the staff at Finkle. Justin was especially helpful with a ton of questions I had about a few older pieces my grandmother left me, as I didn't know what I was dealing with and wanted a professional eye. I truly appreciated never feeling rushed or that I was wasting his time. When it came to the jewelry service itself, everything was handled beautifully, professionally, and in a very timely manner.
