Her assistance has simplified my life going forward. Faiza helped set up Apple Pay on my cell phone and gain access to my finances as I wait for a new debit card to arrive in the mail. Always ask for Faiza!

        Wanted to talk about my existing accounts, had no appointment, but was told to wait. After about 25 min the person who was supposed to help me, comes out and sees me. She refuses to take me in because I had a service animal. I stated he was a service animal and was told they couldn't help me. After the wait, and after being told this I was in such a shock I left. Might consider switching banks too....
