My husband bought me a $140 dangly belly ring. I got it for Xmas and the whole thing was crooked. I went here to get an even exchange and they would not do it. Wasted $140 for a belly ring thats broken. The worker shouldve noticed. Will shop somewhere else from now on.worker didnt ask for his phone number because hes a male, we pulled up the charge and location and they STILL wouldnt.

My 5 year old and 2 year old had their ears pierced 2 weeks ago. The two ladies working did a wonderful job. Clean, organized, and stress free. The recommendation of cleaning spray and multiple daily twisting- their ears look so healthy and practically healed!

Destiny and the manager at this location go above and beyond my expectations every single time. I will go out of my way to go to this location specifically. Its always neat, and organized. They are always willing to show me items even if just browsing at the time. They're very PATIENT! Both of them. It truly makes a difference. You're lucky to have them!
