Budget Car Rental

So we've used budget in the past and never had an issue at other locations, this one on the other hand is definitely not the best. If you want to talk to anyone here, good luck, because it won't happen. They don't answer the phones at all. We rented a car for a week and 2 hours after dropping it off realized we left some stuff in the compartment for the tire/storage. Nothing irreplaceable but things for our toddler and some of our teens card collection she's been working on for years. After calling dozens of times we made the hour drive back to speak to someone who said it had already been rented out, but would be dropped off Tuesday and took down info for the person that day to check and call me. I knew I should have pushed harder for a contact number rather then just giving them mine. I tried all day Tuesday to get a hold of anyone, of course I couldn't, not even the customer service in different locations. I'll continue trying to get a hold of them but can't make the hour trip again, for possibly nothing, until Friday. I'm very upset with their customer service and even though their prices are low I most likely won't use them again because of the lack of care.

Worse Car rental experience ever. They charged me for additional day that I never did ; I returned the Car before its due time and when I called the customer service they were very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Will never rent again from Budget

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you have children, dont count on them. First, I was given a sedan, not an SUV. When I brought this up, they said well we upgraded you. Obviously I didnt book an SUV to get a sedan. Thats the first trip back to the terminal. Second, I booked a toddler car seat. I was given a booster seat for a child 40+ pounds. When I brought this up, twice, and that my child needed a car seat for her weight (24lbs) they said they maybe had something else. Thats the second trip back to the terminal. They then brought out an infant car seat, only allowing up to 22lbs. When I told them that wouldnt work and it was broken anyway, they told me that was the best they could do. This was not only not true but completely disregarding my childs safety. That was the third trip back to the terminal. I was in my car in the airport parking garage trying to figure out what to do when a lady, who doesnt even work for Budget, but the airport, came up to the car and asked if I had been the one asking for a toddler car seat. When I replied yes, she was the one to go get one for me from God knows where. Not only was there complete lack of knowledge and disregard for my childs safety, the lack of accommodation was astounding. Also, I was clearly very pregnant and was made to walk back to the terminal no less than 3 times to sort out their mistakes after a long day of travel from California. I will NEVER book with Budget again and I will make sure none of my friends or family does either.

Terrible experience. They charged the wrong card after assuring us they would not use the card that they required to hold the car. When contacted about this issue they did not respond after multiple attempts.
