      image I have a non-Budget car rental location close to my house which makes the check-out and check-in process long and complicated and rarely has cars at their location so I have to be driven towns away to pick one up. I have never experienced any of this with Budget. And on top of all this, the staff is always polite.

      image This man is at the front desk is the RUDEST person here !!!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to come to this place . I went down the street to enterprise and theyre very nice and treat people like HUMAN BEINGS !
