Budget Car Rental

Jay helped me with my rental his service was exceptional. Transaction was fast and efficient. Car was great. When I returned today 03/19/24 at around 2pm the gentlemen also provided 5 star service. I would definitely return to this location and recommend it to my friends and family

Don't let the Scarsdale address fool you. Was offered an "upgrade" to a gas guzzlin' SUV instead of the small car I wanted to have for a week-long trip. Was clear when I got the smaller car why, since it was kind of in rough shape. Fine, whatever, it's a gas station with a rental agency. What I didn't appreciate was I'm a Fastbreak customer and my account says I pre-pay for my gas. Instead, I was charged $9 a gallon for my tank, adding 50% to my cost. I called Budget and they explained even though my account DOES pre-pay for a tank, the place didn't set it up like that and so I'm out the money. Live and learn. Oh, and just to be clear, there is no overnight drop-off for this location. I am not sure where these other reviews (plants?) say that you have that at your disposal. I had to come back the next day to give the keys.

I renI rented a car from Budget Rental in Scarsdale. The car was clean and in good condition. The employees were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Budget Rental.

The car was in poor condition. It was impossible to change it. Even if this location is a garage, they did not fix it!
