Dollar Rent A Car

Had to wait in line in the airport to fill out paperwork then wait in line again to get the key. Really inefficient. At Avis I can go right to the car

Rented a car for a family trip then it brakes down a few hours into the drive. There was a language barrier and eventually after a 2 hour call we were told help would be on the way and get there in another hour and a half. We had family not too far away that could pick us up from the side of the highway then my dad was told there was another mini-van available in Philly. Opposite direction but fine so my dad goes along with the tow truck at about midnight and when he gets there he is told there are absolutely NO CARS AVAILABLE. Then my dad had to get an Uber ($200) to our family's house. Luckily for us they let us borrow the truck and we were able to take that down or else we would've missed my sister's wedding. Or spend a thousand and some on plane tickets. Why am i telling you all this? Because the customer service line that we were given IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. Whatever you do, save yourself the headache and DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THEIVES THEY DO NOT CARE.

The old woman who worked the downstairs garage booth on 5/27 at 6am needs to be fired immediately. She forced me and my family to drive a smoking car with leaking gas because she said since we rented it from a different Dollar location then it is not her problem. That is the most messed up thing a rental person has ever done. This should be illegal. She also refused to let me talk to the manager. She pretended to be talking to the manager on the phone but then another employee told me the manager wont be working for another hour. I forgot to ask her name but she was very old had short hair and seemed to have some kind of disability.
