Came out on a Monday. We couldn't light pilot. Lit pilot, rearranged logs and made a beautiful fire. Fast worker. Most appreciated.

Customer Service does not exist. Left messages and it took days to get a response. Scheduled to meet at the house told him it would be 45 minutes to an hour. He arrived at the house before us, left a note Sorry I missed you. Made no effort to call us when he got to the house, just left. I texted him and called him, he didnt respond. Called me back about 2 hours later stating he would have to come out a different day. You could tell he could have cared less.

Owner went out of his way to accommodate - we were looking for a screen "last minute" that would fit our kiva. He only had one in stock at the time but since we lived close by he was nice enough to bring it by to see if it would fit our fireplace.
