I bought a hot tub at Hot Springs Spa in July and Im delighted with it. Service is great and all my many questions are answered in a way I can understand. Highly recommended.

Although I have no issue with the brand or the model I chose (Jetsetter LX), I still rue the day I walked into this store. From the get-go, and as explained to Chris, the sales manager, my sole reason for purchasing Hot Springs was because of the salt water system. What I wound up with, however, was NOT what I bargained for in a seeming bait and switch scheme. After six months of waiting for the installation (due to my landscaping needs), I was provided with a kit costing $400 for their OZONE system, even though I pointedly asked as I made the final deposit whether it was the salt water system I was getting. Chriss reply was the spa was salt water ready. It wasnt until I started looking at YouTube videos and data contained in the manual, that I realized I do not have salt water. Chriss remark was that he discusses issues with salt water replacement cartridges with all his customers (except for me, I guess). So now, Im the owner of chemicals (ozone) I dont want and the prospect of draining the spa to convert to the salt water system I do want and who knows what added expenses that will entail. Feeling duped, and its not a good feeling. Oh, and the cradle cover has a square of material missing.
