But at 5 p.m., when people are getting off work and trying to get errands done, the door is locked, no staff in sight....And after pounding on the door for 10 minutes, standing in the cold, I fumble for my phone to find the phone number of the place to call them.....she appeared, opened the door -- and guess what? No apology. Repeat this: "I'm very sorry for the wait. We have to keep the door locked for our safety. How may I help you?" That would have gone a long way.

This location is terrible! Woman tried to charge me like 90% tax on a phone as well as trying to make it obligatory to purchase a phone case and screen protector from their store. Who knows how many people they have robbed this way! Love Boost Mobile company, but this location is terrible!
