His efforts made all the trouble I was dealing with on the corporate side of AT&T less aggravating. Jerry is an honest, dedicated and hard working manager. In my opinion, the best individual to represent the AT&T brand. I hope AT&T appreciates him and his efforts as much as my girlfriend and I did during our complicated phone issues.
