T-Mobile

Make sure that when you buy your new phone and want your old phone unlocked so you can sell it or use it at another carrier.. that they actually unlock it! I spent way too many hours on the phone with T-Mobile to find out that all that time I wasted at the store was for nothing. My advice is call T-Mobile or figure out how to unlock it yourself. Otherwise, I like this carrier. I have been with them for years and the coverage is decent. The phone itself is just EH, but fortunately my phone isnt attached to my ear 24/7.

This T-Mobile store (at Route 37 West and Rubelle Place, Toms River, NJ) has excellent employees, especially "Ms. Brit." I had several issues with my Samsung phone using Sprint. (2 yrs was almost up on my original phone with Sprint). And, as everyone knows now, Sprint and T-Mobile have merged. Long story short, Brit knows her stuff period! She handled what concerned me in a professional manner and with such pleasantry. Got a new phone, switched over to T-Mobile, and Brit and Joe worked together to handle the switch. T-Mobile is lucky to have Brit as one of their employees. She definitely is "the go to" professional!!!

This place is horrible. I was waiting for an hour for someone to help me. They didnt tell me they were closing in an hour and made me stand there as the two workers were laughing and playing around with the customers not taking their job seriously. A man came up to me and told me they cant help me and they were going to close. But they can stand there and laugh and goof around. Horrible place, wish I can give it no stars.

I have to say Brittany is the best. She always makes sure every customer is taken care of properly. Going above and beyond seems to be a natural thing to her. I wasnt happy with this merger until visiting this store and have her take care of my needs. She is definitely an asset to the company, and should be recognized as such.
