I was only trying to return a couple of items I had bought through a T-mobile sales person by phone. But the staff and manager of the T-mobile store inside the Ocean County Mall treated me with such smiley welcome, courtesy and service as if I were buying their most expensive product! Thania was very attentive, patiently communicated with a T-mobile representative on the phone for me, printed my return label, and even walked over to where I was seated to hand me the label -- all this, WHILE she was also attending to another customer! Bryan, another staff member, gamely helped Thania with some info, though he was already busy with another customer. Then when the manager arrived, he himself even taped the return label onto the box in which the items were to be returned, and then tape-sealed the box! I had been to three other T-mobile stores for the same return issue, but it was only this particular store that OWNED my concern all the way to its solution. I'm going back today to buy S23 Ultra along with a Magenta Max Plan, and port in from another phone company!
