The staff was amazing, the price was great and the vehicle was very clean and well maintained. It made for a very pleasant trip! Staff gets 5stars
Edit: corporate practices gets no stars at all!!! while the location itself was awesome, I am now at 2 weeks since I returned the car and have been told TWICE that my $250 Hold was released. Once by the agency and once by corporate. LIES!!!!! Also, my card was charged for a toll (I had EZPass) without telling me, which is a HIGE issue, especially since I asked corporate when it was charged and they said they had no toll charges. Reported to my bank, had to cancel my card and get a new one, which arrived faster than the release on the HOLD, and then the NEXT day I received an email telling me they charged my card. Bank said that this is a HUGE problem because they are to notify BEFORE they take any charges, not after I call to inquire and then email the next day!

Dan was the best representative I've had the pleasure of dealing with in all the years I've had dealings with Budget/Avis. Very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Very fast process. I will likely be renting from Cherry Hill from now on. It's refreshing.
