      Lester thank you for your rental . We Struggled to duplicate same condition , but Im driving home tonight then we will put thru our own 31 point inspection. We will find and service , send some Florida weather please !

      Sorry you are struggling with refund .Tips for renting in the future :Please call first ! 1-800-709-7325 1) Do not book non refundable prepaid reservation unless you are absolutely sure you will rent car and do not change date of pick up , as corporate site is not able to offer a refund.2) The site offers a nice discount providing you actually rent car , if you cancel or don’t show for non-refundable reservation they will retain payment .3) Please call my office prior to booking non- refundable rentals I’m happy to give you the pitfalls I’m sorry this happened to you , the internet site is where funds go they do not go to my office .
