Reserved a truck over one month in advance. Received email reminding me to pick up the truck. When I arrived, they didn't have a truck. Was told there was nothing they could do and contact customer service. The manager was rather rude. Contacted Budget and said they would look into this and 4 hours later they called me back and told me they were unable to provide my rental. The comment regarding the reservation was that it only guarantees the price and not the vehicle. What good is a reservation if they don't honor it. Don't rent from here or Budget.
