Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

First of all they dont have a drive thru what a joke.
Second the people sitting behind the desk have forgotten what it is to provide good customer service.
My wife and I are on the same account, all I wanted was a direct deposit form so my wife could get direct deposit.
The lady that helped me knew one word and one word only and that was no.
Had a car loan, paid it off and will never do business with them again.
Stay away from this bank and find one who actually cares about your business.
My wife and I have 5 credit cards and we will be closing them.
I wasnt asking for account info, just a darn direct deposit form with both our names on it.

They don't deserve 1 star. The employees behind the counter are very rude and.nasty. I'm glad I don't have to go there anymore. People if your looking for a bank, go somewhere else. Ladies if your not happy with your jobs then find another one. HR I think you should clean house.

Had been looking around town for a bank to open up a new business account. Each bank lacked too much knowledge on the subject. I randomly decided to walk into this Bank Of America location and Joanne and Patty ( i believe that was their names ) quickly and smoothly took me through the entire process.
Because of their customer service i decided to use them for my business needs instead of using my personal bank.
