        I went in to have a document notarized, bank was empty and I was asked to sit down to wait. Spent close to 20 minutes sitting there. Some lady walked in and sat down at Kevins desk (she didnt have to wait). Kevin who I needed help from sat there talking to this woman about personal things kids etc while I sat there waiting. Very unprofessional.

        I went in to get $360 in smaller bills. I did not count it until I got to work, but I was shorted $10!! I called the bank 20 times before I finally got through to someone. They did admit the error and credited my account. I am extremely unhappy!!
