Jeremiah Harmon at this store was incredibly helpful. My Iphone broke under strange circumstances and he suggest I take it to the apple store and see if they with fix it. They unfortunately did not. I brought the phone back to him and he was quick and resourceful and got me out the door within 30 minutes.
All AT&T employees should be like Jeremiah.

The staff at this store are fantastic! My brother works for AT&T, so we get a discount by being on his plan. That also means the store doesnt make any money on us. Nonetheless they always treat us well.
Today Joe helped us add a new line, he was knowledgeable and efficient. He even replaced a screen protector for free because it was an old phone and the protectors are hard to find, but they happened to have an old one still on hand. Great people!

I visited the stores on Lincoln and North McCarran, both places had rude representatives that didn't get the job done It made me go a whole extra day without a phone, however, when I went to this location, they solved my issue completely! I wish I could remember the name of the dude who helped me, he was super cool!
