My husband and I visited this store for an upgrade and received the best service from the agent Marquan. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Answered all our questions and more before even asking! Seriously question service!

Although Antoinnette was very patient and kind with us we really had a horrible experience. Through no fault of hers we had to sit and wait for two hours while trying to get a stolen phone reported as stolen and replacement. Long story short I wound up walking out of there after two hours with no phone or any commitment towards getting a new phone after I paid the warranty for replacement. We are very disappointed with the AT&T service. My husband has a large contract through his corporation with AT&T and he is going to cancel all of his Contracts within immediately. This was the worst service Ive ever seen by a corporation. I am a professional and so is my husband and we dont have time for nonsense like this
