        Friday October 21, I stood in line for seriously 20 minutes. I was there to upgrade my phone and pay my phone bill because I have to pay in cash now because I was one of the customers affected by the data breech and my bank account was hacked and wiped clean. So I was standing in line for over 20 minutes with no communication from the staff so I just left. Super rude if you ask me

        Helpful staff with almost no waiting. They were very patient with me as I visited several times to make my decision: new phone for family member and switched service from my previous provider. I now have two lines with better international coverage for exactly half of what the other provider would charge. Also I had to visit stores in several locations in the whole process, and they were very understanding and I got the same kind of service at each store.

        Duncan, Aramus & JJ were great. All very patient & offered amazing customer service. If you're going to the mall to buy from T Mobile, I would definitely go to any of these three nice young men.
