Jared Burgess - State Farm Insurance Agent

If i can give No stars i would, i loved Statefarm and had them for over 10 years with another agent once i moved to this location its just been a Mess i can never get a hold of Anyone, they sometimes don't return phone calls I understand that work can get busy but I have requested a call back from Agent directly and not once did i get a call back i have to be calling to get assisted- this is by far the worst office with the worst customer service. I very disappointed and dissatisfied with this office i cancelled my polices and it was a hard decision as i loved StateFarm. Policies where cancelled on 02/22 and not sure why but they did not cancel one vehicle instead it was added to My daughters payment plan. We don't need to be double covered Like really!! I have emails from (Sashe) where she said the policies where cancelled but that didnt happened. State farm needs to train their employees more in Customer Service and the importance of returning phone calls and doing what they are suppose to do. This is soo frustrating.

If youre looking for An insurance company that has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Then, hands-down by far Jared Burgess, State Farms office is the one you should call. Since Ive been with this company, everyone in this office from the manager to the agents goes over and beyond especially Crystal. When I bought my car, Crystal made sure everything was sent over to the dealership that was needed. When I have questions about charges to my account, they sit down patiently with me and explain in detail what everything means they dont make you feel dumb they dont make you feel Rushed they make you feel like youre A person not a number. what a phenomenal team! Theres more but not enough room for me to elaborate on just stop looking and go with Statefarm. You wont be disappointed.

Sasha was extremely helpful and professional. Could not have asked for a better representative! Thanks to her I completely understood what was going on with my insurance. I recommend her to all my friends.

I would give zero stars, but I can't. Jared took over when my previous agent retired and I have never gotten him to call me back until I filed a complaint with the corporate office. Going with another company now.
