      Hi Jesus, I am sorry you are having this experience but you have never been a customer of mine and I am not your agent. Additionally, I tried to locate the person you named in our claims system so I could still assist you but do not see anyone by that name. I see you have posted this similar review on other agents business pages. If you need assistance I suggest reaching out to claims directly for a status but posting a negative review when you are not my customer will not do anything to help.
