Sarah Williams and the team went above and beyond to secure a homeowners policy with short term rental coverage. We could not get that elsewhere!! Britney Bladel (who took over for Paul Nannini) has been very professional and responsive, and I am very pleased. I queried her to get a copy of my condo contents insurance policy, and premiums, and she responded immediately and correctly. You can't get more responsive than that.
