        I have never dealt with an insurance agency as poor as this. I was a customer for over 15 years, and this agency emailed me saying they could not renew my policy based on a fictitious photo of my residence that was over a year old. I immediately sent photos the next day proving they were incorrect. And they still havent gotten back to me. I sent countless emails and attempted to contact the branch via telephone numerous times but was never contacted back. Ive never had such trouble reaching an agent . Some of the most unprofessional business Ive ever seen. But literally as soon as I removed their coverage they mailed me the cancellation notice. They purposely ignored me and forced me to drop them. I highly dont recommend using this branch . They will leave you hanging out to dry

      We are sorry for your situation. Farmers Insurance Underwriting Department (not us, the agency) take the decisions based on the current status of your property. It’s not our fault and we have been working in order to reinstate the policy once your property meet our standards. Nobody ignore you. You can visit us any time but the decision is not ours.
