I had 3 trash bags full of clothes one was all name brand they seemed to have only gone through a small part and pulled out about 12-15 items and offered me 5.00 store credit. And their prices show they would make quite the profit.

I agree i received poor customer service. They need to hire to professional adults or at least hire someone to supervise the kids that they have working there. It was by far the most unprofessional retail environment that i have ever experienced. The associates seemed as if they were scared to talk and there phone etiquette was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went into this store with a bag full of hardly used, clean cloths and the man said 1.20 store credit....What a joke that place is. Even the girls working there said to come back when the owner is not in and they would give a fair price. 1.20 store credit but I could donate the rest.....What a scam.Can honestly say I wont be back. While standing in line I realized he was doing this to everyone who brought cloths in that day and it took 2 hours waiting for him to go through the cloths and it was just one bag.
