image Most of the baby gear here looks quite dingy instead of "gently used" compared to other OUAC I've been to around the area. Most of all the bassinets, rockers, bouncers, and swings look way past their prime. Was really hoping to find something since the store is huge but was pretty dissapointed about the visit.

image I went to this location today 2/23/24 and had a wonderful experience. The staff was really nice and very helpful. I used to go to the bridgeton location but they were so rude and unprofessional. Will be coming to the st peters location from now on

image This place is ehhhh alright. Went the first time and took in clothes and got a decent amount back and went back a second time they barely took anything. I had things that were brand new, stain free but somehow none could be taken. It also was a different person this time. The clothes I brought in I compared to the ones on the shelves. The clothes on the shelves look run down, wrinkled and look way over used. Especially all the white clothing. Looks dingy. Also all the shoes are terrible. Can see dirty footprints in the sandals and the tennis shoes all have dirt on them.

image I have been coming here for years I brought in 10 bags of stuff to sell. At least 3 of the bags had brand new stuff still with the tags on it because my daughter skipped a size. They sent me a text not even an hour after I left to come get it. They took zero items and left a note to freshly launder it and come back. Uh ok? I can tell they went through maybe one bag. I honestly got the impression they didnt want to deal with it. So Ill be going to Sproutfitters and donating the rest.

image Really sad experience tonight at OUAC. I came in around 7:45 to bring in some of my daughters things from when she was little and the entire time i was shopping around while they were going through my stuff they kept saying really nasty comments about the clothing and how its too late and its so much stuff etc. They just kept going for 20 minutes straight. Money is tight so letting my daughters newborn clothes go is hard enough as is and they made my heart break with those comments. They are young so i doubt they would understand having a child and memories attached to clothes. They knew i was right there saying that stuff and just seemed like they had a terrible attitude. I will not be coming back.
