image Great variety of toys and clothes and other items for children. Prices can't be beat. Staff courteous and helpful. I'm amazed at how fast they move when marking new items coming in and checking people out.

image Edit to my review after reading the owners copy and pasted response: My experience in this store wasn't just a one off with certain employees, I would not judge so harshly based off 1 bad experience. The last experience was however the worst of them. I also had time to sit down and start working through the mess they created for me and they indeed did mix every size together (I brought in 3 different sizes). They took apart outfits and separated the pieces as well. This mess is worse than I originally thought and if I could go lower than 1 star, unfortunately I would.
I would not recommend this store if you are bringing in clothes to sell. I can't imagine being so comfortable treating someone's belongings the way they treated mine. Your items will be much better treated at the Kirkwood location or even better, Kangaroo Kids. I brought in very neat and organized bins and when I went to pick back up I was greeted with an absolute mess that will take me a long time to reorganize. I'm not even confident they didn't mix the sizes together. They actually disorganized one of my bins so badly that the lid could no longer fit, instead of leaving the lid off they forced it on and warped and bent my lid, damaging one of my totes. When asked if I could look through the bin of items they wanted to purchase they had the nerve to ask me to leave it organized and in the order they had it. Funny how they want their things to remain nice and neat but can't offer the same in return. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people, I wish I would have.

image I have been shopping here for years. The quality of the items have gone downhill in the past 2 years. I bought a baby seat yesterday and it was disgusting. I saw a few dog hairs on it and figured I could clean it at home. When I got it home I realized it was chewed up and the amount of pet hair on it was absurd. The fabric was so dirty and stained that even cleaning didnt make it usable. This item should not have been accepted. It was not gently used, it was garbage. Several times this past year I have come across items that were clearly not washed before donated. Years ago, I could go in knowing that items were usable/wearable, now that is not the case.
