      image I took a whole bag of almost brand new clothes that were maybe worn once maybe twice and a half a bag of shoes and all they offered me was $20. They sure like to lowball people, Will never do business with them again!!

      Haily, I'm so sorry you were not happy with your quote. Our system prices things to sell in the store at about 70% of retail, and you receive 30-40% of that price. You are always free to pass on the quote if you're not satisfied. I'm sorry we couldn't make you happy today. Have a good day.

      image Kind of a hole in a wall. Nothing compared to Columbia. I refuse to go back to Lee's summit store. It's trash.
      Edit: You want to know how to improve! VACUUM, and organize! That will change the atmosphere completely.

      image They stop buying clothes hours before they close. The owner or whoever is responding to these reviews says it's posted online but it's not. Drove all the way out here for nothing.

      Angel, I'm so sorry you were inconvenienced. Like many resale stores, we do stop buying and hour or so before closing, in order to process all that comes in during the day. I don't believe I've ever stated that our buying hours are online - they change periodically, so we don't have permanent hours listed. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience, and hope you have a good day.
