The Manager was high strung & talked/yelled @ me like I didn't matter, I left the store feeling belittled & robbed of my $$ when I brought back a defective product that wasn't returnable supposedly even though there was a sign stating there 30 day return policy. She never treated me with respect, didn't even help me for example I'm at the register and she's 10 feet away putting on her jacket and boxing up boxes. kept telling me she had to leave (which she could have if she did not interrupt me talking to the employee that actually sold me the product & remembered me) & couldn't deal with a paid customer. Then she starts helping another customer with a return which didn't have the receipt, used, and missing items w/o the original packaging. This was my 1st & 2st time @ this Radio Shack. Since so many have went under I was surprised to see one. Now I know why. I was verbally assaulted and by the end 2 employees & the manager (that walked out on me in mid conversation) were speaking hostile to me & didn't care about the defective product they sold me or me. No appreciation or customer service at all. Never will step foot into ANY RadioShack's EVER AGAIN!!

I rode in on the evening of May 23rd, 2014 and needed a data cable for my cell phone.
I was greeted by a young man, and another young women was behind the counter.
I forgot my cell phone and, like many over 50, could not remember the name of it.
The gentleman assisted me promptly and professionally.
He sold me a Gigaware 6' USB-A Male to Micro USB-B Male cable and when he offered me the warranty, I took it as one of my ways of thanking him for his services.
I left, in a quandary over not being able to remember the name of my phone - then I remembered it, went back in, and we all had a laugh.
Whenever I can have a good time shopping, I appreciate those that helped make it a great experience.
