I had to go in on behalf of my family member who needed a replacement phone. Despite the store being busy, they made a conscious effort to make me feel taken care of.
The process took about an hour but Nick H. was working diligently the entire time being sure to go over the details and important stuff. I didn't mind the wait with such good customer service.
This will be my go-to location from here on out!

Great service, short wait time, speedy service. They are under new management (Nik) who was very kind and seemed to overlook the other employees to make sure things were done efficiently. I was helped by another gentleman named Nick who was also very kind and helpful and very quick! Overall I highly Recommend going to this location.

Nik has been above and beyond answering questions. He set up my new phone, taking the time to show me the new items. This is so appreciated. This type of customer service is so rare now a days. Thank you.

The store manager Brandon needs to be in something other than customer service. This person is rude and not helpful at all. I felt like I was keeping him awake with his yawning and stretching. I just walked out. THEN Brandon wants to help me. What a joke. This was not my first negative experience with Brandon. I wont go back to that store. T mobile needs to help Brandon find a new job. Maybe trash hauling?

Merging with Sprint haha they can't do ANYTHING for those that are sprint users. what a merger!
