I love Verizon but this particular Verizon store not so much. The young lady who assisted me was friendly but not very helpful.. I went to the Verizon store about 2 miles south of here and those people know what they are doing.

Worst place ever. I got a case and screen protector off the Internet and was going to put it on my new phone when I got it. Went into the store and they said we don't them on put we will do yours. I thought wow that's nice. When it came to the point of putting on the protector the women didn't even read the instructions. When she applied it and gave it back to me I thought this feels weird. She put it on up side down! When I said you put it on the wrong way she was like I normal don't do these. Oops sorry. Worst service ever! Don't go here I never will again. Best buy mobile is 10 times better.
