        I went toAT&T as I was having issues with my phone. I got Lou who was fantastic. My phone had a lot of problems and he was so patient, professional, calm, and able to get my phone working. I cant say enough wonderful things about my very positive interaction with Lou and this AT&T.

        Management is incredibly toxic and disrespectful to both employees and customers. You work at AT&T. Stay humble bud, and treat customers with respect. Otherwise, it's the only AT&T store that I trust in St. Jo. Management's attitude and the childish entitlement has gotta go though.
