Amazing! Kyle and Nik absolutely help every time we go in there they know the plans and promotion right of the top of their head which makes getting quotes and purchasing so much faster Danielle there is so kind and its refreshing to get amazing service like this at a phone store T-mobile is simply the best

Yajahira & Ronisha handled my situation quickly. I love coming to this store because of the great customer services. Yajahira & Ronisha are funny and knowledgeable and knows their work. Thank you so much for attending to my needs. My wife and I are happy with our new phones.

I went there to buy a new and the guy without asking anything brought the iPhone he wanted . I told him no no no tell me all type of iPhone you have and how much is gonna cost me . After I picked my new iPhone ( 14 pro max ) it took him 1 hrs to setup the sim to the phone and do paperwork ( it was kind of weird to me because its very quickly ) . Next day Im checking my new bill and it was $326 and after immediately review my account I discovered
1- my plan was changed
2- added 2 new line to my account
3- hotspots was added to all my line ( $15 each )
4- my new phone was under one of the line was added
5- iPhone protection plan ( $18 ) added ( I do never got it added when I buy a new phone )
All those changes were made without asking me absolutely one single world or telling about it . I had to call CS and fix all that . Extremely unprofessional and completely ilegal
